Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Methods & Times

Air Freight (Standard):

• Expedited : 5–10 business days
• Standard l: 7–14 business days

Sea Freight (Economy):

• International: 30–45 business days
• Available for large furniture items at a lower cost

Shipping Costs

• 🧸 Free shipping on accessories and toys for orders over $30
• 🐱 Furniture shipping is calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination
• Shipping method (air or sea) will be presented at checkout

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
