Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Available for large furniture items (cat trees, enclosures, sofas) at a lower cost

🐱 Furniture shipping is calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties. These are the responsibility of the customer.
